We have recently confirmed several incidents in which unauthorized third parties have sent fraudulent emails impersonating our employees. These messages may misuse actual employee names or email signatures and may be intended to install malware or obtain personal information.
Please note that all legitimate emails from our company are sent from addresses using our official domain:@seiko-sewing.co.jp

If you are uncertain whether an email was genuinely sent by our company, please refrain from opening any attachments or accessing any URLs contained in the message until you have verified its authenticity.

Common Characteristics of Impersonation Emails
・The sender’s display name matches one of our employees, but the email address does not use our official domain
・Unnatural or awkward wording, or messages urging immediate action
・Attachments disguised as invoices, payment requests, or file confirmations
・URLs that differ from our official website or contain suspicious or unfamiliar strings

If You Receive a Suspicious Email
 ・Do not open any attachments
・Do not click on any links in the message
・Delete the email if you do not recognize the sender
・Even if the email appears to come from one of our employees, please verify with the individual through a separate communication channel if anything seems unusual

To Our Valued Customers and Partners
We kindly ask for your continued vigilance to help prevent potential security incidents.
If you have any concerns or receive an email that appears suspicious, please contact your representative at our company. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
